With my niece Reign
It was my 41st birthday yesterday and I spent it with my family. We had a very sumptuous lunch over here at my bro's place and oh boy we are all stuffed. I cooked some shrimps while my bro cooked grilled spare ribs and caldereta. I also have spaghetti, my blockbuster fruit salad (see recipe here), choco Red Ribbon cake. I thank the Lord for all these blessings.

Hi Jen, ngayon lang ako nakaka leave ng birthday greetings ko, pasensiya na. Abalang-abala ako sa pakikipag debate eh sa ibang bloggers-under attacked ako dahil sa political issues dito, etc, kaya it slipped through my mind na that you had your birthday na pala. Yaiks, I am sorry for not catching up. Anyway, belated happy birthday. I was just laying in bed thinking about the snow here kanina and taking pictures wondering what date na I was setting the date sa cam ko. However, when I remembered the 16th na pala kanina-17 na dahil past 12 na, I got back up and left you a message here.
I went to a PTC meeting napahiya nga ako dahil I don't keep track of time, di ko alam ang date, grabe. Anyway, mukhang masaya ang birthday mo, kaya I hope you made memories for a lifetime and that you will always be blessed with such wonderful people around you; your family. Okay, kind regards!
